Just had to tell my teammates from the Psych course that I dropped the class, meaning that I can't help them with the presentation that they were planning at the last minute. Despite the circumstances, this made me feel really shitty, especially with how long it took me to e-mail them.

I've become such a coward in my own wrapped-up insecurities. I hate feeling so weak.
